Don’t Break Eye..

Don’t Break Eye Contact

Kaka’s eyes locked onto his father’s, refusing to look away. He held his gaze, searching for any sign of reassurance, any flicker of hope that would tell him the separation wasn’t real. His heart raced, his chest tight with fear and confusion. As his father’s figure began to move away, Kaka’s grip tightened, his small hands trembling, but still, his eyes never wavered.

Every fiber of his being was desperate for a connection, for a final understanding, even though the silence between them spoke louder than words. His father, too, fought the urge to break that gaze, though his own heart felt heavy, torn between the need to stay strong and the overwhelming love for his son.

For those fleeting moments, they communicated in a language beyond words, an unspoken bond that transcended the space between them. Kaka’s eyes pleaded for his father to stay, but his father’s gaze, filled with a deep sadness, spoke of inevitability. Neither could bear to break that eye contact, as if somehow, in that shared moment, they could hold onto each other a little longer.
